Those born in the baby boomer are people in the United States born between 1946 and 1964. Approximately 78.2 million people fall into this category. As a group, those born in the baby boomer cohort covering the largest population in the history of the United States. Group size gets large influence on American politics, popular culture, and of course real estate. To assess the influence of those born in the baby boom in the future of real estate, the national association of realtors (NAR) conducted a study in 2006. The research results were published in baby boomer born in the given law and real estate Report: Today and tomorrow. Below are some highlights of the NAR study.AGE DISTRBUTIONAccording the NAR report, born in the baby boomer age now extend from 42 to 60 years.
